↗Common questions.
Do I need to build workflows myself?+
Start with ready-made workflows. Customize them by talking to your AI Manager or using the CRM controls. Your company information, connections, and rules shape how the work runs.
Do I have to build and organize a CRM first?+
You start with a connected CRM and ready-made workflows. Give your Manager your website or a short description, tell it your goals, and set the decisions that need your approval. It helps organize your company knowledge and the work around it. Connect the tools you use and approve access when needed. You can start with one responsibility and hand over more as you go.
Can my team still work normally?+
Yes. Your team can manage records, own conversations, take over work, and hand it back to the Manager. You choose the balance between autonomous work and the work your people keep.
How does it learn my business?+
It works from your approved company information, industry context, goals, instructions, and corrections. Customer history and previous commitments stay connected to the work. Changes remain subject to your business rules.
How do I manage it?+
Talk or message your Manager inside the CRM. Ask for an update, give an instruction, change a workflow, or review a decision. Pause, take over, or hand work back whenever you choose.
Does autonomous mean it can do anything?+
It operates within the authority you set and the systems you connect. Choose what runs automatically, which decisions need you, and what stays manual. You can hand over almost the whole operation while reserving selected decisions or conversations for yourself.
Can I try it without signing up?+
Message Alex and explore a sample workflow before sharing any details. Chat, talk, personalize the workspace, and create useful drafts before sharing contact details. Save my workforce keeps your workspace for seven days with your email and consent. No card is required. Voice sessions last up to three minutes; text and saved work remain available within the demo limits.
Can the AI call me for a demo?+
Browser voice is available now: choose Talk to Alex in the demo. Telephone demos appear only when calling is enabled. When available, enter your own number and optionally your business website to request one AI call. The demo never contacts your customers or changes live business records.
How does the live voice demo work?+
Start a conversation with Alex, an AI assistant powered by OpenAI GPT-Live. Allow microphone access to speak naturally, or choose to type and hear Alex respond. Your audio and messages are sent to OpenAI to generate replies. Alex shares one workspace with the chat. It can research your public business page, create and save useful drafts, analyze supplied material, and update sample quotes, agreements, test payments, work orders, and handoffs. It does not contact real customers, move money, or change live business records. Company profiles, imports, rules, outputs, and demo actions are stored in a private workspace. Audio and full transcripts are not saved by GPTBusiness. A HubSpot import reads a bounded snapshot; its token is not stored. OpenAI processes the conversation under its API data policies.
What happens when I use my free demo allowance?+
You’ll see a clear message explaining which limit you reached and when it resets. Voice sessions last up to three minutes. Chat, research, generated work, and voice previews have limited free allowances. You can review and download work already saved in your workspace, return after the reset, or request a paid plan for ongoing access. A plan request does not charge you or start a subscription. Service interruptions and shared daily capacity are explained separately.
Which plan should I choose?+
Launch is $299 per month for two teammates. Scale is $799 per month for ten teammates and four times the calling and AI capacity. Enterprise is tailored to your requirements. Every plan includes the core workforce and controls. New GPTBusiness offers use assisted activation. Compare the plans and included allowances.
Is GPTBusiness affiliated with OpenAI or other AI providers?+
GPTBusiness is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. We build our software using frontier AI and reasoning models. These may include models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other providers, depending on the feature and configuration.
Autonomy, your way.
Delegate one responsibility or almost the whole operation. You choose what the workforce owns.
Clear boundaries.
Approved terms keep standard work moving. Spending, discounts, and exceptions come to you under your rules.
Context stays connected.
Step in, get the handoff, and hand work back. The customer, decisions, and next step travel with it.
