GPT Business Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-20 · Effective October 20, 2026

Summary, not a substitute for the terms below. GPT Business is software that lets AI agents answer your calls, texts and web chat, book jobs, send quotes and invoices, and collect payments for your business. You stay in charge of what the agents say and do, you are responsible for having permission to contact the people they contact, and our liability is limited as described in section 14. Disputes are resolved by individual arbitration (section 16) unless you opt out.

1. Who we are and who these terms bind

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between Autonomized LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, doing business as GPT Business (“GPT Business”, “we”, “us”), and the business or person that creates or uses a GPT Business workspace (“you” or “Customer”). If you accept for a company, you confirm that you are an owner, officer or admin with authority to bind it. These Terms are for business use only; you may not use GPT Business for personal, family or household purposes. Our Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use rules in section 9 and any order, plan page or written addendum are part of the agreement.

2. The service

GPT Business provides a connected CRM and AI agents that can, depending on your plan and settings: answer inbound phone calls, text messages and web chat; qualify leads; book and remind appointments; prepare quotes and invoices; send payment requests and collect payments through Stripe; research and enrich business contacts; and report to you and hand conversations to a human. We may add, change or remove features. Sandbox, preview, trial and beta features are provided “as is”, may be limited or withdrawn at any time, and carry no indemnity or service commitments.

3. Accounts and your authority over the AI agents

You are responsible for your workspace, its users, their credentials and everything done through them. Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorized use. The AI agents act on your behalf and within the permissions, limits, scripts, prices, approval rules and business information you configure. Actions an agent takes within those settings are treated as your actions, including commitments to your customers, bookings, quotes, invoices, refunds and messages. You must review the settings, keep your business information, prices and policies accurate, supervise results, and handle exceptions. Some actions, such as messages already sent, calls already made or payments already submitted to a provider, cannot be undone.

4. AI limitations

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or inappropriate for a particular situation, and can misunderstand callers. Outputs are not legal, tax, medical, financial, safety or other professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether to rely on any output and for human review where the consequences matter. GPT Business is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it to detect or handle emergencies. You must configure a way for callers to reach a human and emergency services (for example, an announcement to hang up and dial 911), and you remain responsible for any emergency, safety, regulated or high-stakes inquiry your business receives. Do not use GPT Business where a failure could result in death, injury or serious harm without a human fallback you operate.

5. Calls, texts and consent: your responsibilities

You, not GPT Business, are the sender and the business responsible for the communications made for you, and the registered sender for carrier messaging programs. You represent, warrant and agree that:

The service includes controls (opt-out handling, quiet hours, consent flags). They help, but do not make your communications lawful on their own, and we do not give legal advice.

GPT Business text messages (SMS program)

Program: GPT Business account texts.

What we send: account setup, sign-in, billing and service notices, and replies to people who text us first. We do not send marketing texts through this program.

How you opt in: texts are optional. You can tick the separate, unchecked text-message box on the GPT Business signup page, add and confirm your own mobile number in Settings, or text START to +1 (888) 999-2941. Consent is not a condition of signup or purchase. See how to get GPT Business texts.

Frequency and cost: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Help and opt-out: reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help, or email support@gptbusiness.io.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. See the text-message program page, our Privacy Notice and Terms.

6. Payments, quotes and invoices

Payments are processed by Stripe. You must accept Stripe’s terms, including the Stripe Services Agreement and Connected Account Agreement, and complete Stripe’s identity checks. Stripe’s restricted and prohibited business lists apply to you. Unless a written addendum says otherwise, you are the seller and merchant for payments you collect from your customers: you are responsible for prices, taxes, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, negative balances, fees and compliance with consumer-protection and payment-card rules. GPT Business does not hold, transmit or guarantee your funds, is not a bank, escrow or money transmitter, and is not responsible for Stripe’s decisions, holds, delays or outages. AI-generated quotes, invoices, estimates and tax amounts are drafts based on your inputs. You are responsible for their accuracy and for the legal effect of those you allow agents to send. Obtain any payer consent required for saved cards, recurring charges or auto-pay.

7. Lead and contact enrichment

Where enabled, we search public and licensed sources to add business-contact information to your records and bill the cost to you as described when you enable it. Enrichment is provided as-is and may be inaccurate or stale. You may use enriched data only for lawful business-to-business prospecting and relationship management. You may not use it, alone or with other data, to decide eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, tenant screening or similar purposes, or for any other use covered by consumer reporting laws. GPT Business is not a consumer reporting agency. You may not resell or republish enriched data, use it to stalk, harass or locate private individuals, or use it for sensitive categories of personal data. You will honor deletion, do-not-contact and opt-out requests and we may remove records to comply with data-broker, privacy or deletion laws. Enrichment charges already incurred are not refundable.

8. Fees, trials, renewals and taxes

Plans, prices and included usage are shown at gptbusiness.io/pricing and at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled, and charges for usage, text and call volume, carrier fees, enrichment and other metered services are added as described. You can cancel anytime at gptbusiness.io/billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires. Introductory prices apply only for the period stated. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of price changes by email or in the app. Fees exclude taxes, which you pay; you are responsible for verifying taxes shown on documents the agents create. We may suspend service for unpaid amounts. Unpaid amounts may bear interest at the lower of 1.5% per month or the legal maximum.

9. Acceptable use

You will not, and will not allow others to: use the service unlawfully or to violate others’ rights; send spam, harassing, deceptive, fraudulent, discriminatory or threatening communications; impersonate any person or misrepresent that a caller is speaking to a human; record or contact people in violation of law; use the service for debt collection, political campaigning, adult content, gambling, firearms, cannabis or other categories we or our carriers prohibit, or for businesses Stripe prohibits; process data such as payment card numbers, government IDs, health, biometric or children’s data except through functions designed for them; probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service; circumvent usage limits or security; use outputs to build a competing model; or use the service where a failure could cause serious harm (section 4). We may investigate, remove content, throttle, suspend or terminate access without notice for violations or to comply with law or provider requirements.

10. Your data and our use of it

You own your business information, records and the content you submit (“Customer Data”). You give us the rights needed to host, process, transmit and display it to provide, secure, support and improve the service, and to create de-identified or aggregated statistics that do not identify you or your customers. We do not sell Customer Data, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models, and we instruct our AI providers not to train on it. As to personal information of your callers and contacts, we act as your service provider/processor and you are the business/controller; the Privacy Policy describes how. You are responsible for lawful notices to, and consents from, those individuals, and for the legality of the Customer Data. Our Privacy Policy lists the categories of vendors we use. You may export your data while your account is active and for 30 days after termination; after that we delete it within a reasonable period, subject to backup cycles, vendor retention and legal holds.

11. Third-party services and subprocessors

The service relies on third parties, including Telnyx (voice and text), OpenAI (AI models and speech), Supabase (database and hosting), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (network and hosting), plus integrations you connect (calendars, email, accounting and similar). Their terms apply to their services, and their outages, errors and decisions are outside our control. We will list our subprocessors in the Privacy Policy and give at least 30 days’ notice of material additions by email or in the app; you may object in writing within 15 days of notice, and if we cannot reasonably accommodate the objection you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for the remaining term.

12. Our intellectual property; feedback

We own the service, software, models we build, and documentation, and grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription under these Terms. You may give us feedback and we may use it freely. You grant us permission to use your business name and logo to identify you as a customer unless you opt out in writing. Subject to your rights in Customer Data, you own the outputs generated for you, and we make no promise that outputs are unique or free of third-party rights.

13. Warranty disclaimer

THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL AI OUTPUT, ENRICHED DATA AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT PROMISE ANY UPTIME, RESPONSE TIME, CALL ANSWER RATE, BOOKING OR REVENUE RESULT, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE LAWFUL, CORRECT OR COMPLIANT FOR YOUR BUSINESS. We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not offer a service level agreement unless we agree one in writing.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BOOKINGS, CUSTOMERS, GOODWILL OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (II) US$100. For sandbox, trial or free use our total liability will not exceed US$100. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of carriers, Stripe, AI model providers or other third parties, or for communications and commitments made by agents within your configured settings. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, your indemnity obligations, your breach of section 5, 7 or 9, either party’s fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be limited by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

15. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless GPT Business, Autonomized LLC, its members, officers, employees and contractors from claims, losses, damages, fines, penalties (including statutory damages and carrier or regulator penalties) and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from: (a) Customer Data, scripts, prompts, prices and instructions you provide; (b) calls, texts, recordings, emails and payment collections made or processed for you, including any claim that you lacked required consent or gave required disclosures; (c) actions of AI agents within your configured settings; (d) your products, services and disputes with your customers; (e) your violation of law, section 9 or third-party rights; and (f) taxes. We will give prompt notice, reasonable cooperation at your cost, and control of the defense may be assumed by us for claims involving us, and you will not settle a claim that admits fault or imposes obligations on us without our consent.

16. Disputes: individual arbitration, class waiver, governing law

Please read carefully; this affects your legal rights. Informal resolution first. Before starting any claim, send a written notice describing it to Support@GPTBusiness.io (and we will send ours to your account email) and allow 30 days to resolve it. Binding arbitration. Except as stated below, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules (and, for mass filings, its Mass Arbitration procedures and fee schedule), by one arbitrator, by video or in writing unless the arbitrator orders otherwise, with judgment enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Class and jury waiver. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative action, and each party waives trial by jury. Mass filings. If 25 or more similar claims are filed by or with the help of the same counsel or group, they will be batched in groups of no more than 25 under a bellwether process, and filing fees for later batches are not due until earlier batches resolve. Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property, confidential information or the security of the service. Governing law and venue. Wyoming law and the Federal Arbitration Act govern these Terms without regard to conflict-of-laws rules; where a court is permitted, the state and federal courts in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction and each party consents to them. Opt out. You may opt out of arbitration and the class waiver within 30 days after you first accept these Terms by emailing Support@GPTBusiness.io with the subject “Arbitration opt-out” and your workspace name. If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the rest remains, except that if the class waiver is found unenforceable as to a claim, that claim will be heard in court and not arbitration. A claim must be started within one year after it arose or it is barred, where the law allows.

17. Term, suspension and termination

These Terms last while you use the service. You may stop at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, a carrier, Stripe or another provider, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others, or for non-payment; where reasonable we will give notice first. On termination your right to use the service ends and sections that by nature should survive (including 5, 6, 7, 9, 12–16, 18 and 19) survive. Termination does not undo completed actions or scheduled work already submitted to a provider.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email and in the app, show the new version number, and ask an owner or admin to accept the new version before the workspace is used again. If you do not agree you may cancel before the new version takes effect and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees for the unused period. Non-material changes (such as corrections) take effect when posted. We record who accepted which version, when, and from what network address.

19. General

These Terms are the entire agreement on this subject and replace earlier terms. You may not assign them without our written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or a successor to the business. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including carrier, utility, internet, cloud-provider or regulatory events. If a provision is unenforceable the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. There are no third-party beneficiaries except the indemnified parties. We may give notices to your account email or in the app; you may give notices to Support@GPTBusiness.io. Laws may change; we may update the service or these Terms to remain compliant, and you will comply with the updated requirements. Questions: Support@GPTBusiness.io.
