How does it learn my services and prices?
Your first month includes business-specific knowledge setup. Your services, prices, hours and policies become your Manager’s working knowledge, so it answers the way your business does and keeps learning from your corrections.
How does setup work?
We set it up with you. Your first month includes connecting one supported booking workflow, so new appointments land where you already work, and your Manager guides each next step.
How do I know it’s ready for my customers?
You hear it first. Your first month includes test calls, and your Manager goes live once you approve how it sounds and what it says.
How do I stay in charge?
You set the handoff and escalation rules: what runs automatically, what needs your approval, and when a conversation goes to a person on your team. Take over whenever you like and hand it back with the context intact.
How will I know it’s helping?
Your first month includes tuning and an activity report. You see what your Manager handled, and we refine it with you as it learns your business.
What can my AI workforce handle?
Your whole business, end to end. One AI Manager runs ten departments: the front desk and phones, every channel, sales, quotes and payments, scheduling and the work, customer care, marketing, the books, HR and suppliers, and the office. AI employee, coworker, Manager or workforce: What’s the difference?
They describe how you use the same product. Give your AI employee a job, work alongside it as a coworker, delegate to your AI Manager, or connect specialist roles as an AI workforce. Start with one task and choose how much to hand over. Available actions depend on your tools and permissions.
I’m not techy. Can I still run it?
Yes. Most days you won’t have to do anything: it sees what needs doing and does it. When you want something, tell it in plain words, by text, voice or chat, and approve things with a one-word reply. There are no dashboards to learn or workflows to build, and Simple Mode shows only what you need.
Will my customers know it’s AI? Can they reach a person?
It tells people it’s an AI wherever the law requires. Anyone who asks for a person is handed to you or your team with the full history, and you can step into any conversation yourself.
Will it replace my team?
No. It runs everything around them: the selling, the follow-ups, the billing, the after-hours calls and the paperwork, so your people do the work only people can do. Every customer conversation has one owner, a person or your Manager, so nobody double-texts a customer, and anyone on your team can hand it work or take it back.
Is GPT Business affiliated with OpenAI or other AI providers?
No. GPT Business is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. We use frontier models from these and other providers, depending on the feature.
